Sage is comprised of a group of experienced nurses and healthcare professionals that decided healthcare delivered in the home deserved more than a second chance.
In the ever changing landscape of healthcare, one thing has become clear. Attaining even the simplest of services has become difficult for most. The solution? House calls. The way it was when the West was won. It’s not just history repeating itself, it is a return to the one on one care that secured the trust and integrity of healthcare. Community takes work to build. As healthcare professionals, we feel it is essential that we return to the practice of going into the home to provide quality, compassionate care and guidance.
